How to order

Order made-to-measure window treatments and interior textiles from Wellmira, crafted at our own facility in Trakai, Lithuania. Here is how to get started.

1. Choose your product and options

Browse our collections and open the product you would like to order. Select the available size, fabric, design and other options, or enter your measurements where a made-to-measure calculator is provided. Follow the measuring instructions on the product page and double-check your dimensions before adding the item to your cart.

For custom sliding panel curtains, enter the width and height of your window or door opening, choose Light Filtering Screen or Blackout fabric, specify the number of panels and add a track system if required. The online calculator will generate your quote based on your selections.

2. Review your cart and place your order

Add your selected products to the cart. Before proceeding to checkout, carefully review the items, quantities, measurements and selected options.

At checkout, enter your contact details and delivery address, review the shipping options and order total, and complete your purchase using one of the payment methods available to you. Check your email address and shipping address carefully so we can contact you and deliver your order correctly.

3. Allow time for production and delivery

Production times depend on the type and complexity of your order:

  • Standard custom-made products: 3–5 business days.
  • Bespoke angled curtain solutions: 1–2 weeks.

Shipping time is additional to production time. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days within Europe, 3–7 business days to the USA, Canada and Australia, and 1–3 weeks to other global regions. Need a custom size or your own design?

If the size you need is not available on the product page, send us the product name or link and your required dimensions. For a personalized print, include the product type, dimensions and your high-resolution photo, image or illustration.
