RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
NB: According to Government Decree No. 738 of the Republic of Lithuania, issued on July 22, 2014, the buyer has the right to exchange or return products of good quality if they are not satisfied with the form, color, or equipment of the product. However, returns are not allowed in the following cases:
Customized products or products made to special customer specifications, such as custom-sized items, made exclusively to order.

Important Note: All products listed on the website https://wellmira.com are made to order after payment is received, with the exception of the following products:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wellmira@wellmira.com and send your item to: Vilniaus str. 31, Trakai, VL, 21118, Lithuania.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Vilniaus str. 31, Trakai, 21118, Lithuania.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. The easiest way to do this is through your customer account:

If you checked out using only a phone number (without an email address), you cannot use the link above. Instead, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
For unfulfilled orders, you may cancel your order until it has been fulfilled.
Returning Items
After submitting your withdrawal request, you have 14 days to return the items to us. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless we have stated otherwise.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the original purchase price, including the standard outbound shipping cost. We do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
