Product Information

The Wave-Weave sheer curtain is a made-to-measure voile panel with a soft, rippled texture woven into the fabric. It filters daylight and adds daytime privacy while keeping the room bright. It's also built for everyday life: the fabric resists pet claw snags, repels common stains, and comes out of the washing machine ready to hang, with no ironing.

Each curtain is sold as a single panel and sewn to your measurements. Use the calculator on this page to choose the colour, heading type, width and height. Extra-long drops are available on request.

Why it's a practical choice

  • Snag-resistant weave: The textured fabric stands up to claws, pulls and daily wear, so it's a good fit for homes with cats and dogs.
  • Stain-repellent finish: The treated fabric resists dirt and spills and stays fresh-looking for longer.
  • Wrinkle-free and machine washable: Wash it, hang it straight back up, and the creases fall out on their own.
  • Soft light filtering: Blocks roughly 30–40% of incoming light. It softens harsh glare and keeps the street view out during the day.

Colours

Off-white, ivory, beige and gray. These are neutral shades that suit Scandinavian, modern, coastal and classic interiors.

Heading types

Choose the top finish that matches your hardware and the look you want:

  • Wave / ripple fold: Smooth, continuous S-shaped folds on a curtain track, for a modern look.
  • Pencil pleat: Tight, even gathers that work with most tracks and hooks.
  • Triple pinch pleat: Tailored, structured pleats for a formal finish.
  • Eyelet / grommet: Metal rings that slide easily along a visible rod.
  • Rod pocket: A simple gathered channel that slips straight onto a rod.
  • Tab top: Fabric loops for a relaxed, casual look on a decorative pole.

Where to use it

Living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, kids' rooms and home offices. It works on its own for a light, airy feel, or layered behind blackout curtains so you can switch between daylight and darkness.

How to measure

For width, measure the full length of your rail or rod and enter it in the calculator. For height, measure from the rail gliders or the top of the rod down to where you want the curtain to end. About 1 cm above the floor gives a clean, floating finish. Our how to order guide has more detail, and you can message us anytime for help with your measurements.

Care

Machine washable. Remove hooks or rings before washing. Do not bleach. Ironing is rarely needed, but if you iron, use the lowest temperature setting.

Made to order

Every curtain is cut and sewn after you order. Production takes 3–10 working days, and delivery usually takes another 3–7 working days.

Frequently asked questions

Are these sheer curtains see-through?

They're semi-sheer. They block about 30–40% of light, which gives privacy during the day while keeping the room bright. At night, with indoor lights on, shapes can be visible from outside, so many customers layer them with blackout curtains.

Are they good for homes with cats or dogs?

Yes. The textured weave is made to resist claw snags and pulls, and the stain-repellent finish helps with everyday pet mess.

How wide should I order my curtain?

Measure the full length of your rail or rod and enter it in the calculator. If you're unsure, send us your measurements and we'll recommend a size.

How long does delivery take?

Each curtain is made to order. Production takes 3–10 working days and shipping usually 3–7 working days, so about 1–3 weeks in total.

Can I see the fabric before ordering?

Yes. We can post a fabric sample (delivery takes about 1–2 weeks) or send close-up photos and video of the texture and colours.
